If you are not satisfied please write to either of the Directors (Karen Marcelsanca or Melanie Knowles) making it clear why you are complaining and what resolution you are looking for.
If the matter still cannot be resolved you can use The Property Ombudsman (https:/www.tpos.co.uk) which is a government backed scheme for mediation of disputes between landlords, lettings agents and tenants.
