It was part of an established Sales and Lettings business operating for over 25 years (Durbins Estate Agents). On 1st March 2015 the Lettings side of the business was bought under the new management of and operated by Melanie Knowles and Karen Marcelsanca. In November 2023, Melanie became the sole CEO.
