SETTING UP AN OCCUPATION CONTRACT


Holding Deposit
A capped holding deposit of one weeks rent.

Moving in — upfront costs
The contract holder will be required to pay a first months rent and a bond equivalent to the first months rent upon signing the occupation contract.

Pet deposit required of £100.00
To cover the added risk of property damage. This will be protected with your security deposit in a government scheme.

DURING THE CONTRACT


Amendment fee: £25.00 +VAT

Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your occupation contract.

Renewal fee: £30.00 +VAT
Arranging a further occupation contract.


OTHER FEES AND CHARGES

Out of hours services- £25.00 + VAT
Where actions of the contract holder result in the agents attending the property out of hours, time to remedy the situation is charged at the privilege rate.

Rent arrears/unpaid rent/returned payments- £20.00 + VAT penalty

Breach of occupation contract letter - £10.00 + VAT 
Cost of each breach letter resulting from the contract holder breaching the occupation contract.
